Maggie’s Rescue takes the privacy of members, donors, volunteers, staff and community members very seriously and is committed to ensuring that it is protected. This Policy is informed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Maggie’s Rescue will only collect and use personal information if it is reasonably necessary for the functions and activities associated with our objects, and/or where it is necessary for our business purposes and/or if there is a legal requirement for us to do so.

Maggie’s Rescue may publish photos of staff, contractors and volunteers in publications and via social media platforms. If a member of the public has any concerns about their personal information being used in any of these ways, they should contact Maggie’s Rescue.

This information is not linked to personal information unless required by law. Like many websites, Maggie’s Rescue’s website may use cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies.
